KBC monitored construction activities at the site of a bridge reconstruction over the Santa Clara River north of Los Angeles.  The diversion structures were required to protect an endangered fish, the unarmored threespine stickleback, and extended under the construction zone so the river could flow unheeded while construction was ongoing.
